Orange Office Park, thanks to its location on a newly constructed fast tram line and expressway, provides excellent public transportation and vehicular accessibility.
Additionally, access to Krakow’s airport and the A4 highway is excellent thanks to the newly constructed Trasa Bagrowa, a two-lane, inner-city expressway that links directly with the Krakow city highway bypass (A4).

Orange Office Park is located in the up-and-coming neighborhood of Zabłocie – the noncentral business district closest to Krakow’s city center. Zabłocie is not only an office center, but also a retail center for southern Krakow. The CHT and King’s Square shopping centers are just across the street from the Orange Office Park. The Galeria Kazimierz Shopping mall is a 10-minute walk from the building.
Also nearby are three other modern office buildings/office parks constructed/under construction/planned, which makes it one of the hottest office districts in Kraków. Within walking distance of Orange Office Park one can find a large regional shuttle bus/coach station that serves the entire southern part of the Krakow metropolitan area as well as the planned regional rail train station (Zabłocie train station).
Orange Office Park has great exposure and perfect visibility thanks to its location right on the corner of the junction of two busy expressways (the main southern Krakow artery of Nowohucka Street crossing via a newly constructed overpass with two-lane Klimeckiego Street), which provides immediate access to the historic core of the city
Zabłocie also has several first class tourist attractions, with Oscar Schindler’s Emalia factory (currently a museum), made immortal thanks to director Steven Spielberg’s famous movie, and the MOCAK (Museum of Contemporary Art Kraków).
